Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 17, 2026

ProjectCostWise may collect information you submit, including project details, name, email address, phone number and ZIP code. If you request contractor quotes, we may share the information in that request with participating home-service providers so they can contact you about the project.

Payment information is processed by Stripe and is not stored in this website’s lead database. We may retain transaction identifiers needed to verify access to purchased reports.

We use essential browser storage to preserve an estimate and privacy choices on your device. Essential storage is used to operate requested site features and is not controlled by the optional-tracking preference.

Analytics, advertising and cookies

ProjectCostWise may use analytics and advertising technologies to understand site usage, measure performance and support advertising. Optional analytics or advertising technologies are permitted only after a visitor chooses to allow optional tracking, subject to the technology and applicable requirements.

ProjectCostWise may display advertising provided by Google or other advertising partners. When enabled, those providers may use cookies or similar technologies subject to the visitor’s privacy choice, applicable law and the provider’s own policies.

Your Privacy Choices

Visitors can use the Your Privacy Choices control in the site footer to allow optional tracking or choose Do not sell or share / opt out. The choice is stored in the visitor’s browser and can be changed later using the same control.

ProjectCostWise also recognizes the browser-based Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal. When a supported browser sends GPC, ProjectCostWise treats that signal as an opt-out of optional analytics and advertising tracking for that browser. A GPC opt-out takes priority over a previously stored allow choice.

ProjectCostWise does not require a visitor to create an account in order to exercise the browser privacy choice. Privacy requests concerning information a visitor directly submitted can also be made through the contact page.

How information is used

We use collected information to provide requested services, operate and secure the site, improve products, respond to support requests, measure site performance where permitted, support advertising where permitted, and comply with law.

For privacy questions or requests, contact us through the contact page.
